Highlands are classed as postcodes AB36-38, AB55-AB56, FK17-FK99, G83, IV1-IV39, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA40, PH19-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49-PH50.
Islands are classed as postcodes HS1-HS9, IV40-IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE1-ZE3 3 to 8 day service

NORTHERN IRELAND – Free on orders over £75.00 or £7.20 on orders under.

REPUBLIC of IRELAND – Free on orders over £75.00 or £13.00 on orders under.

 

 

Delivery Times

Different types of goods have different delivery times. Most items are normally delivered in 3 to 8 days.
In order to keep costs down to you, we usually send all items out together. If your goods are out of stock we will contact you to advise when you should expect them.

 

Terms & Conditions for Delivery.

Address: It is essential that the complete & correct address is listed on your order including the correct postal code & a contact telephone number.
Courier firms will not consider compensation for items sent with/to an incorrect address.
Delivegan or our couriers cannot be held responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

Goods are usually delivered using a courier. Deliveries take place between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Smaller items may be delivered by Royal Mail.
Please ensure the address provided is suitable for the goods to be delivered to and that a signature can be obtained on delivery.
Customers can provide safe place instructions on the condition that Delivegan and our couriers are not responsible for losses if your order then goes missing. We strongly suggest you use a work or neighbours address if your home address is not suitable for delivery during business hours.

If the courier misses you, they will usually attempt to deliver to a neighbour. If this is not possible a contact card is left for you to arrange a suitable delivery or for you to collect the item from the courier’s depot.
In the unlikely event of a customer not contacting the courier to rearrange delivery, the order may be returned to us after 4 days & incur a charge for return delivery.
Adding a mobile telephone number to your account/order allows us to also notify you by text, as well as by email, that your order is on its way.

Changing the delivery address after your goods have been dispatched:
It is very difficult and time consuming to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched and not always possible. Changing the delivery address after dispatch may incur an extra charge by our couriers and we reserve the right to charge customers accordingly.
